As a Brand Specialist at TTEC you will be responsible for professionally representing our client and their online platform with a strong focus on generating new business by presenting ecommerce/online retail solutions to potential customers, while creating experiences which drive loyalty and engagement. With a sales and solutions mindset, you will be required to engage in positive customer interactions and will need to build collaborative relationships with potential and existing customers.
With a specific focus on building new brand partnerships you will be able to fully identify the needs and understand the demands of the potential customers and convert them to partner with us due to our added value. Keeping up to date with market trends and industry news is critical to success.
Use your outstanding communication skills to provide exceptional service to our valued stakeholders, recognising them as individuals and consistently displaying a willingness to go above and beyond.
What you might be doing on a typical day:
Convert sales leads into revenue generating sales by analyzing the needs and requirements of potential new customers with a specific focus on brands.
Partner with your brands to understand their business and tailor a growth program and deliver appropriate support to suit their individual needs.
Work with new brand partners to build out catalogue via data ingestion.
Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets while maintaining a positive attitude.
Follow up on leads turning them into sales opportunities and signing up those brands
Maintain and promote a positive and professional attitude while building collaborative relationships among potential and existing customers.
Proactive independent pipeline management.
Provide revenue-forecasting reports on activity.
Maintain status of merchants and leads within Salesforce.
Research market trends, opportunities and competition to support sales pitch delivery
Continue training and education to keep pace with product modifications, industry changes and sales knowledge.

The basic stuff you’ll need:
Minimum of 1-year experience in a B2B sales, acquisition, marketing or retention role.
Account Management experience working with large retailers
Experience in ecommerce/online platforms (preferred)
Bachelors degree (marketing preferred)
