We require an admin assistant for a rapidly expanding electrical contracting business.
General duties/requirements would be :
- Good Organisation Skills
- Good MS Office understanding
- Booking of Travel
- Basic Data Entry
- Some Book Keeping duties ( Xero Accounting Software)
- Time Sheet Entry
- Organizing paperwork etc. for new staff, Vehicles, contracts etc.
In general we have been awarded some large contracts across Queensland and the 3 project managers and the director are going to require additional support . We are based in Kelvin Grove. There is free street parking with the local vicinity.
